For chairs the registration fee is 200 RMB and for delegates is 350 RMB.

The cost will cover expenses for merchandise and catering

Delegates are expected to wear a formal attire. Blazers are highly recommended and ties are optional.

The conference will be held at Shen Wai International School (深圳外国语学校国际部). Please do not mistake us for other divisions of Shen Wai.

Technology can be used during all sessions, but delegates will be monitored and activities other than resolution viewing, note taking and research are prohibited. Note passing will be done using note papers.
